What your gut is quietly telling your mind

Most of us have felt it: the knot before a big day, the heaviness after a week of skipped meals. Our gut and our mind are in constant conversation.
Around 90% of the body's serotonin is made in the gut, and the bacteria living there help shape how we respond to stress. Food is not a cure, but it is a lever we can gently pull.
Start small: add one fibre-rich plant to each meal, eat at roughly regular times, and notice how you feel two hours after eating. Curiosity beats rules.
