These terms apply to your use of this website and to any consultation or catering service you book with Nourivah by Sherryfah. By sending a booking request you agree to them.

Health information

Content on this website, including articles and recipes, is for general education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from your GP, a registered dietitian or a mental health professional. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or call 999.

Consultations

Consultations offer nutrition guidance tailored to the information you provide. You are responsible for sharing accurate details about your health, medication and allergies.

Catering

• Delivery is available for events inside the M25 only. Orders outside this area may be collected from one of our collection points.
• Prices shown are estimates until your booking is confirmed in writing.
• You must tell us about all allergies and dietary needs before your booking is confirmed. Our kitchen handles common allergens, and while we take great care, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely allergen free.
• Food should be eaten within the time stated on delivery and stored as advised.

Bookings and payment

A booking request is not a contract. Your booking is confirmed once we accept it in writing and any deposit is paid. See our Booking & Cancellation Policy for details.

Intellectual property

All writing, recipes and photography on this site belong to Nourivah by Sherryfah. You are welcome to share links, but please do not copy content without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
