Booking & Cancellation Policy

Consultations

• Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.
• You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your session.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, or missed sessions, are not refundable, though we will always try to rebook you where we can.

Catering

• A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
• Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are needed 7 days before your event.
• Cancel more than 14 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit.
• Cancel 7 to 14 days before for a 50% refund of your deposit.
• Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable, as ingredients will already have been ordered.

Your cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you usually have 14 days to cancel a service. If you ask us to begin work within that period, or your event falls within it, you may be charged for work already carried out. Catering for a specific date is exempt from the 14 day cancellation right.

If we need to cancel

In the rare event we have to cancel, you will receive a full refund of anything you have paid.
