Eating well when anxiety takes your appetite

When anxiety is high, appetite often disappears. Rather than forcing full meals, think in small, steady portions.

Keep a few 'no-decision' foods close: yoghurt, nuts, bananas, toast with nut butter. They ask very little of you and give a lot back.

Be kind to yourself. Nourishment on a hard day looks different, and that's okay.
